Core Agreement
This addendum to our agreement establishes that:
1. Ownership
- I retain intellectual property rights to my creative process and novel methods
- You receive full rights to the delivered work product as specified in our main agreement
- Any patentable innovations discovered remain with me unless separately negotiated
2. AI Disclosure
- I may use AI tools to enhance productivity and quality
- All AI-generated content is reviewed and validated by me
- Final deliverables meet professional standards regardless of tools used
3. Attribution
- Credit format: "[My Name] with AI assistance" when attribution is provided
- My role as creative director and quality controller is acknowledged
- AI tools are assistants, not replacements for my expertise
4. Confidentiality
- No confidential information will be input into public AI systems
- Sensitive data is processed only through approved secure methods
- Your proprietary information remains protected
5. Quality Assurance
- I warrant reasonable review of all AI-assisted content
- Known errors and biases are corrected before delivery
- You receive the same quality guarantee as traditional work
6. Competitive Protection
- My prompts and workflows remain my trade secrets
- You agree not to use my methods to directly replace my services
- Training AI on my deliverables requires additional agreement
7. Future Adaptability
- These terms extend to new AI capabilities as they emerge
- Significant AI advances may trigger good-faith renegotiation
- Both parties commit to fair value exchange as technology evolves
This lightweight version covers essential protections but may not address all scenarios. For high-value projects, complex IP arrangements, or enterprise contracts, consider using the full version or consulting with legal counsel.
